This project involved the transformation of shell space into a fully functional office at Latitude One in Miami, Florida. The build-out included the installation of glass partitions to create private offices, along with a floating drywall ceiling that enhances the space’s acoustics and aesthetic appeal. The office design also featured a break room, server room, multiple conference rooms, and open office areas to encourage collaboration and productivity.

Completed within a fully occupied mixed-use building, the project required careful planning and coordination to minimize disruption to existing tenants while delivering a modern, flexible workspace.
