Edge Construction has recently completed the ground-up construction of a one-story Freestanding Emergency (FSER) in Hialeah, FL. This 11-Treatment Room FSER will operate as a satellite department of the HCA Florida Aventura Hospital.
SCOPE OF WORK
This 10,860 SF project included the build-out of a waiting area, (11) exam rooms, X-ray room, CT room, trauma room, laboratory, nurse station, restrooms and associated spaces.
The exterior work included a complete site and civil package, cast-in-place concrete with reinforced masonry walls, a structural steel roof deck and canopies for entry and ambulance drive, EIFS & fiber cement paneling, decorative metal paneling, and emergency generator with dedicated enclosure.
