This project consists of the ground-up development of a one-story, 10,860 SF Freestanding Emergency (FSER) in Homestead, FL. Designed with 11 treatment rooms, the facility operates as a satellite department of HCA Florida Kendall Hospital.

Construction began in January 2025 and was successfully completed in November 2025, marking the timely delivery of this critical healthcare facility.

INTERIOR SCOPE

The interior build-out includes 11 exam and treatment rooms, X-ray and CT imaging rooms, a trauma room, waiting area, laboratory, nurse station, restrooms, and associated support spaces to efficiently serve patients and staff.

STRUCTURAL SCOPE

Structural work included a complete site and civil package, cast-in-place concrete with reinforced masonry walls, a structural steel roof deck, along with covered entry and ambulance drive canopies

EXTERIOR SCOPE

The exterior scope included EIFS finishes and landscaping, an emergency generator with a dedicated enclosure, and a storm vault system designed to support effective stormwater management across the site.
