Edge Construction completed structural reinforcement and waterproofing upgrades to the south garage, enhancing safety, durability, and long-term performance. Work included concrete spall repairs, epoxy crack injection, slab jacking, carbon fiber (FRP) strengthening, and fire-protective coatings across Floors 2–6 and the roof.
At the roof level, expansion and sealant joints were replaced, and an elastomeric waterproofing membrane was installed over the roof slab and connecting ramps. Shoring was provided to support work on the 4th through 6th floors, and the southeast stairwell received new treads and risers.
These improvements strengthened the garage structure and provided lasting protection against water intrusion and environmental wear.
