Currently under construction, this project consists of the ground-up development of a one-story, 10,860 SF Freestanding Emergency (FSER) in Homestead, FL. Designed with 11 treatment rooms, the facility will operate as a satellite department of HCA Florida Kendall Hospital.

Key features include a waiting area, exam rooms, trauma room, lab, nurse station, restrooms, and support spaces. The site also includes two covered entry canopies—one for ambulance access and one for public drop-off—along with dedicated enclosures for a generator and dumpster.
