This 11,480 SF medical office build-out transformed the second floor of the UM PAC Building into a new Dermatology Clinic. The project included full interior demolition and renovation to create a modern, patient-centered clinical environment.

The new layout includes 20 exam rooms, 8 procedure rooms, and a variety of staff and patient support areas such as nurse stations, waiting area, staff lounge, offices and restrooms.

Upgrades also included new finishes throughout the corridors and elevator lobby, enhancing the facility’s functionality and overall design.
