NSU ASL ROOF COATING & WATERPROOFING

This project included the application of a roof coating system across multiple buildings at Nova Southeastern University, extending the life of the existing roofing systems. The scope involved inspection, cleaning, membrane repairs, and application of primer and top coat systems in accordance with manufacturer requirements.

Additional work included waterproofing of the rooftop skylight with new sealants, coordination around active rooftop equipment to maintain operations, and minor drainage and concrete repairs. The project improved overall durability, weather resistance, and long-term performance.
