This redevelopment project transformed two separate commercial buildings in Fort Lauderdale through a comprehensive scope of work. Major exterior façade upgrades were completed to modernize the structures and enhance their street presence. The project also included essential building code improvements, with updates to structural systems and life safety components to bring the existing facilities up to current standards.

Site enhancements addressed landscaping, hardscaping, and ADA-compliant accessibility features to improve overall functionality. Interior scopes included tailored tenant office build-outs and the delivery of shell retail spaces, allowing for flexible future fit-outs to accommodate a variety of commercial tenants.
