This project involved the interior build-out of a professional office space located on East Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale. The scope began with complete demolition of the existing interior, making way for a full build-out tailored to the client's design and functional requirements. Work included the installation of new interior partitions and ceilings, along with full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The space was finished with high-end materials and detailed custom millwork, creating a refined and modern office environment.
