This project involved the successful renovation and improvement of an existing one-story, 8,595 SF building to create a new Baptist Health facility operated by Miami Cancer Institute. The completed space provides Oncology, Imaging & Radiation, Laboratory, and Pharmacy services.

The interior program includes a CT Room, Treatment Room, four Exam Rooms, two Procedure Rooms, a Pharmacy, Lab, and Staff Lounge, designed to support advanced patient care and clinical efficiency.

Site enhancements included the installation of a new fire line service, minor interior sidewalk modifications, and re-grading of courtyard planters and drainage systems. The building scope encompassed selective demolition of interior nonbearing walls and finishes, followed by construction of new walls, millwork, and the installation of specialized medical equipment. Upgrades also included a new HVAC system with a roof screen to support the facility’s mechanical and environmental requirement
