This project involved the successful renovation and improvement of an existing one-story, 8,595 SF building. Site enhancements included the installation of a new fire line service, minor interior sidewalk modifications, and re-grading of courtyard planters and drainage systems.

The building scope encompassed selective demolition of interior nonbearing walls and finishes, followed by the construction of new walls, millwork, and installation of specialized medical equipment. Upgrades also included a new HVAC system with a roof screen.

The completed facility now serves as a new Baptist Health location operated by BHMG Miami Cancer Institute, offering Oncology, Imaging & Radiation, Laboratory, and Pharmacy services.
