This project involved a full floor-to-ceiling renovation of IVR Room 2 and its adjacent control area, including the construction of a new equipment room and replacement of medical equipment. The scope included minor plumbing and cosmetic updates to the 3rd-floor Patient Room 3N19 restroom. Coordination with the facilities team and end users was required to sequence work and minimize disruptions.
