This 6,120 SF interior renovation and buildout project transformed a shell space into a fully functional ALS clinic located within NSU’s Center for Collaborative Research Building. The new clinic was designed to support both patient care and clinical operations, and includes 7 exam rooms, 4 treatment areas, 8 private offices, a conference room, a welcoming reception area, and a patient waiting room.
The buildout included the installation of all new interior finishes, along with the integration of electrical fixtures, plumbing systems, and HVAC components tailored to the clinic’s operational needs. All new systems were carefully coordinated to tie into the building’s existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless functionality and long-term performance.
