This project involved the comprehensive renovation of hallways across floors 2-5 of the Rosenstiel Medical Research Building at the University of Miami Medical Campus. Enhancements included new flooring installations, refreshed wall, door, and frame painting, and upgraded ceiling tiles. Existing lighting was replaced with modern fixtures, while decorative signage features were updated for a contemporary aesthetic. Outdated speakers and wall phones were removed, and a metal fascia was installed to neatly conceal existing cable trays. Coordination with the owner ensured seamless integration of new tables, cabinets, and locker relocations to enhance functionality and appearance.
