This project involved structural repairs and restoration of the existing North Parking Garage at Broward Health to extend service life and maintain safe operations. Work included concrete rehabilitation such as removal and replacement of deteriorated areas, reinforcing steel repairs, epoxy crack injection, and joint sealing to restore structural integrity.

Additional scope included structural steel repairs and joint sealants across the garage, along with improvements to wheel stops, bollards, and pipe supports. The project addressed deterioration and corrosion, improving durability and overall performance of the structure.
