This project involves structural repairs to the Yellow Parking Garage and bridge at the Jackson Memorial Medical Center campus to meet Miami-Dade County’s 40-Year Structural Certification requirements. The scope includes selective demolition and comprehensive concrete restoration across slabs, beams, columns, walls, and curbs, along with crack repairs and joint replacement to improve durability and prevent water intrusion.

Additional work includes installation of a new engineered barrier cable system, restoration and coating of corroded steel elements, and traffic control to maintain safe, ongoing operations throughout construction. The project restores structural integrity, enhances safety, and extends the service life of the facility.
